This event is open to all ages. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Valid ID may be required for age verification upon entry. Please note that alcohol will only be served to persons 18 years and older — valid ID will be required at all liquor points.
Parking is available on-site at Terra Topia Motocross Track. We strongly recommend using ride-share services such as Uber or Bolt for a hassle-free experience. Ride-share vehicles must use the designated drop-off and pick-up zones only — they may not park within the venue grounds. Disabled parking bays are available near the main entrance on a first-come, first-served basis. The event organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents while parked on the premises.

Illegal substances and drugs
Weapons, sharp objects, or firearms of any kind
Outside food and beverages / personal cooler boxes
Glass containers or bottles
Own alcohol
Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)
Professional camera equipment with detachable lenses (without prior media accreditation)
Umbrellas (open-frame)
Flares, fireworks, or pyrotechnics
Animals (excluding registered service animals)
All attendees are subject to a search upon entry. Any prohibited items found will be confiscated and will not be returned.
Re-entry is not permitted once you have exited the event venue. Please ensure you have everything you need before leaving the grounds.
No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises. A wide variety of food stalls and beverage outlets will be available on-site throughout the event.
This event operates on a cashless payment system. Attendees are encouraged to load funds onto their Howler wristband prior to arrival for a faster, more convenient experience at all vendors and bars. Any unspent balance can be cashed out after the event via the Howler platform.
A dedicated team of security personnel and medical staff will be on duty throughout the event. In the event of an emergency, please make your way to the nearest first aid station or approach any event staff member for assistance. The safety of all attendees is our top priority.
